“Experience this tropical retreat on beautiful Siesta Key.  Hale Akala is a stand alone villa with its own private entrance to an expansive community pool that sports loungers for sunning or shade.  The pool is literally steps away from a thoughtfully appointed screened lanai.  Enjoy an alfresco meal or just relaxing with a cold beverage from the lanai’s frig.  

The open floor plan makes it easy to spend time together and enjoy the surrounding lush vegetation that’s easily seen through the villa’s double sliding glass doors and windows.  Enjoy the oversized flat screen HDTV from either the living room’s leather sectional or from the fully equipped kitchen.  Watch something different on the flat screen HDTV in the King master bedroom with en-suite and double sliding glass doors that lead back out to the lanai.  An updated and well organized walk-in closet has lots of space for hanging and shelves or drawers for folded clothing, in addition to a designated space for 2 large rollers.  The queen guest room has an extra wide closet with shelves, chest of drawers, and shares a full bath with the rest of the villa.

There are two designated parking spots for Hale Akala in the carport and driveway.  A full size stacked washer and dryer are located in the carport closet, along with most items needed to enjoy a few hours on the beautiful quartz sand beaches of Siesta Key.  

Enjoy the Sarasota Bay breezes as you relax with a drink at sunset on the community dock overlooking the inter coastal waterway.  Drop a fishing line over the railing and you’re likely to hook a snapper or snook.
